IMPORTANT: These Terms of Service govern the provision of our data processing services. By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms, including the applicable Data Processing Agreement (DPA). We perform data processing activities strictly based on the documented instructions of the Client.
1. Definitions
- "Client": The entity engaging our services.
- "We", "Us", "Data Processor", "Provider": BackOfficeOps.EU.
- "Services": Data processing tasks as described in Section 2.
- "Statement of Work (SOW)": Document specifying task, scope, deliverables, timeline.
- "Data Processing Agreement (DPA)": A contractual agreement governing data handling responsibilities between the Client and the Provider, applicable to the services provided.
- "Deliverables": Processed data/files returned to Client.
- "Source Data": Original data provided by Client for processing.
2. General Provisions
- Entire Agreement: These Terms, the SOW, and the DPA constitute the full agreement.
- Severability: If any clause is invalid, the rest remain in effect.
- Force Majeure: Not liable for delays due to events beyond reasonable control.
- Amendments: Changes to these Terms will be communicated to active clients with 30 days' notice.
- Language: The English version prevails over any translation.
